What age does a debt have to be for a supplier to reject transfer

If you are moving supplier and have a target transfer date of the 30th, and you have a bill dated the 15th , but havent yet paid this, can this stop the transfer?
Or does the debt have to be a certain age to stop the transfer. Also When does the "objection window" close the loosing supplier?
