I took PPP insurance out with my loan on my car four years ago. September 2011 i wrote to the dealers i took the loan out with. They then referred me to the address on the hire purchase Agreement, they then have referred me back to the dealers i took the loan and PPP insurance with. I have phoned the Norwich Union (who are the underwriters) they have said that it isnothing to do with them.? Is there any one who may be able to direct me in the right direction. So i can start my claim. Many thanks.

Hello many thanks for your reply.
The dealers are Ford Credit. I bought the car from FordThorne Cardiff. They advised all correspondence regarding my PPP should be forwarded to FCE Bank plc, Abbot House,Everard Close,St Albans. When i wrote to them said that all correspondence she be dealt with the dealers in Cardiff? I phoned the under writers Norwich Union who stated that it was nothing to do with them. Thanks0 -

Ring FOS and tell them you are getting the run around with these two, they will help you.
It is whoever you bought the car from that deals with the claim, don't know what they are messing about at.0 -
