What does this mean???
In an email from Jacob's bailiffs (They are chasing a Car Parking Fine issued from Calderdale Council) today this is what it said!! I have no clue what it means? Apart from they are saying they won't hold action!
"Jacobs are enforcing a Warrant of Execution issued by the Traffic Enforcement Centre in Northampton. Unfortunately we are unable to hold action whilst you make an application for a Debt Relief Order"
I emailed them as told to do so by CCCS, told them i was going threw a DRO and that i couldn't afford to pay anything. After the 1 st email i received stating that full enforcement was in place and being told to ring the bailiff himself! I rang him explained re going threw a DRO and he just replied OK?? At the bottom of the email it says to ring the bailiff!? Is there any point? When i already have? Are they just trying to scare me??

Basically its saying they want to take action against you but cant because of the dro.0
