My hotpoint washer dryer has just died on me and I am looking to replace it. Any recommendations? I will be buying a washing machine without the dryer part. Many thanks.

Really depends on how much you want to pay. I recently bought a Siemens WXLP series with a 10 year guarentee, excellent device and wont have to buy another for 10 years.0 -
weve had 3 indesits over the yrs.
only one problem in all that time, and that WM was replaced under the normal inclusive warranty.
we can certainly recommend them.Get some gorm.0 -
I got a the new Hoitpoint Aqualtis AQXXL149PM yesterday. The one that's advertised on TV at the moment. Priced in Argos at £429.79. Found it on line at https://www.redhillappliances.co.uk for £328 plus £1 delivery. Phoned my local Currys, in store/on-line priced at £398.95 plus £19.99 delivery. Curry's do offer a price match which they then did. Then they knocked a bit extra off and I got it for £318.64 including delivery.0

By the way, Which Magazine say Don't Buy Hotpoint Aqualtis AQXXL129 or Indesit WIA121.

if you had your hotpoint for a good few years it was a goody, unfortunately they dont seem to build em like they used to!! go for a mid priced one, if your budget will allow like a bosch. we got fed up with w/m lasting a few years only so went for a Miele- they come with 20yr guarantee0
