Help: What insurance do I need?

Posted this buried deep in another thread and didn't get reply so posting here.I intend having overseas students to stay (food and accomodation)with the family for short periods (2 - 6 weeks) whilst learning english in the UK. I am not letting a room to the student nor could they be viewed as tenants since they integrate with the family, they are never alone in the house. However I do get payment from the school in the UK they attend on a weekly basis.
My question is what type of insurance do I need covering injury to them whilst on my property or claims from them? Where is the best place to buy it?
