Tenancy Agreement Document?

I'm shortly going to be renting out my house and need a Shorthold Tenancy Agreement that includes the Ground 2 Notice element to keep the mortgage provider happy.
Via https://www.landlordzone.co.uk I've come across https://www.legalhelpers.co.uk who can seemingly provide this for £30.
So first question is can I get it cheaper elsewhere and second has anyone used them?
Cheers

Yes, you can get it cheaper: Google is your friend.
£10-£20 'saving' for such a document should not be your priority. You should look for a solid, well drafted one.0 -
Your landlords association will provide you with one free or at discount rates. Well worth joining (and tax deductable).
Read this post and you'll find links at the bottom.0 -
Also free at Property Hawk [cannot post link here].0

Hi.
Has anyone ever used the Law Pack - Residential Letting Kit?
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Residential-Letting-Kit-Everything-Agreement/dp/1907765158/ref=sr_1_sc_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1336577290&sr=8-1-spell
I am thinking of using that0 -

Yeah, I see both Associations charge about £70-80 p.a. - not sure I need the backup for one property, but thanks.
Any other recommendations - don't mind paying what it's worth for a good one!0
