1st Direct account?

Just opened up the Bank account and the esaver (to avoid the £10 charge for the bank account), looking to open the 8% savings account.

Got to the end and set up the accounts but did not read anywhere as to what happens next, just clicked finish.

Do I need to wait for some post with codes so to set up online access?

Anyone recently opened an account with them?

You can call them to ask for the on-line code that you need to set up internet banking. They will also ask you to provide answers to some standard security questions for future use as well.

You might find that they need to send you an application form to sign, you should get an email the next day from 24hours@firstdirect.com detailing the next steps.
