How the heck did you manage to save this much through uni? I find it difficult to make ends meet with my student loan.

Well i had had the loan for fees (only 1k per year back then) and my parents used to pay my 4/5k per year accomm costs. So i had my main student loan of about 5k for everything else plus i had a saturday and holiday job to help me save most my my loan.

IMO invest totally on getting income as high as possible. Follow the money first, happiness later.

To a certain degree, dont make yourself suicidal/depressed etc.

That's dangerous thinking. Happiness is a state not a goal. People always tell themselves "I'll be happy later" and they never are. I don't think lots of money can seriously influence well being unless you're very materialistic. But even then..
