london tourist discounts?

Hi,

Are there any good discount cards/voucher books etc for visitors to london? i.e. food and drink discounts near attractions, discount entries to attractions etc.

museums are mainly free. I think there are deals if you go by train too 2 for 1 etc you can pick them up at train stations outside London and you can use nectar points etc for some attractions.

I'm not sure of any attraction and food discount combined.
If you want a pass that combines travel and and entry to attractions it's worth checking out the 'London Pass'
See if it covers the places you want to visit.

Hi, I have also heard that the London Pass is a good way to save a bit of money. I also think you can queue jump at some of the attractions with it ......:)

If you travel anywhere in the UK by National Rail train whilstyou’re here, they do 2 for 1 discounts to lots of days out in London makingthem a lot more reasonable: www.daysoutguide.co.uk.

Apsley House, thehouse of the Duke of Wellington, is particularly good, and very central.

Yeah you can queue jump at some locations, some you get a free guidebook and extras. If you buy it with the public transport included and you want to visit as many places as possible in the shortest time, its a great option.
