I think seals are for companies, assuming you are an individual then you need.......
or signed as a deed............................................)
by the said Mr Popeye........................................) popeye signs here
in the presence of witness name..........................) witness signs here
most times I've had to sign anything like that the solicitor has put helpful little pencil crosses & names in the appropriate places0
