  • Morning all

Just a quick update this morning and I am feeling really chuffed with myself! Just weighed in and have lost 2lbs this week. Much happier than last week with my 'stay the same' although I think with the weather having been much better, I was definitely more motivated to get out and about this week.

I've now paid off the nationwide overdraft - I know £39.34 was not a huge sum but it was just a pain in the bum hanging around for such a long time so thanks this challenge its now done and dusted. Going to write to them this week and close my account.

It looks like its shaping up to be a lovely day here again today so wherever you all are I hope you have a great weekend and the sun keeps shining!

I've shifted 2lbs of weight, which feels good I agree with sunshine squirrel the weather helps, so much easier to eat a salad or two.

Failing miserable with the writing, I've been so tired due to working that my brain has fogged up. Will try to kick start this again. Same thing with the housework, doesn't need the brain:) but just been too tired!

Doing ok with the no food wastage I've used up everything and frozen leftovers.

...and the summer feet now have been painted, lovely coral toenails

Restarting, I will not give up. Did manage to do a huge cleaning session today. I will attend the exercise classes this weekend. I will do a long walk/gym tomorrow. I am back on the diet. After having my bp checked over the weekend, I'VE NO OPTION :D I will not overeat at all the jubilee events coming up....

Well done all the stickers and non quitters here :)

  • Morning everyone.

2lbs off this week - probably thanks to the weightwatchers meals which have been lurking in the freezer for about a hundred years - they've been my tea for the majority of the week! Very chuffed though. Go away holidays a week on monday so i'm pleased its another loss this week.

I paid £250 earlier this week to my mum so at least its another wee dent in that debt. I don't think I'll have it paid off by the time the challenge ends but maybe it might be a more manageable sum.

Have a lovely weekend everyone and for those getting the long bank holiday, I hope the weather holds and you have a great time. (I'm at work on Monday but its a holiday on Tuesday. Stupid day to have a holiday if you ask me, but, I don't make the rules!!)

Hi everyone, and well done! I have lost another half pound (can see a pattern forming...) but on the exercise front I have done better and managed a 26.2 very hilly walk last Sunday in the heat which nearly killed me!!

I have been exploring ways of making another income and also intend to spend an hour later on my swollen inbox...

    Happy Jubilee Bank Holiday everyone!

weight loss is not going well at all.

Decorating is though. bedroom walls were stripped yesterday. ceiling will be painted tomorrow, then i have 2 walls to paint and 2 walls to paint sightly just to cover imperfections. When i have done this, all decorating will be finished.

Still completing all surveys sent to me. Have even joined swagbuck, although at the moment im not really getting it that well. need to look into it a bit more.
