there is no long screw on the panel compared typical euro cylinder on ebay. even on this stage(as photo, and the screw on the driver is about 1cm) i still couldn't remove the cylinder buy pushing or other method( should i hammer it out??:rotfl::rotfl:)
what i want to do is to change the lock by the cheapest way , any advice??
cheers

Hammering it out is definitely not the cheapest way.
If all else fails. Seek advice from a local supplier or installer.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -

some better photos would help.Get some gorm.0 -

As I remember these cylinders, you need the key in the correct position so that the bolt is entirely contained within the Eurocylinder profile, in preference to hammering. And the correct key position is somewhere other than locked or open.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
As the last poster said you need to get the key in exactly the right position and the lock just pops out.I have recently changed my locks from and rear doors from these people http://www.abs-secure.co.uk/ .I have never done anything like this before but it only took about 5 minutes per door and my double glazed doors arent that new either0

Turn the key slowly while gently pushing the lock out. If you have a replacement lock, look at that.0

found out it still likes the normal cylinder, only needing the allen key instead of screw driver to get the bolt out to remove the lock
many thanks0 -
There are some instances that our house is not secure because we don't have enough keys to lock and have safety for the house. It is important to have a safety for the things inside our house before we leave.0

A safety for the things in these instances is very important. We must have enough keys to lock the safety of the house before we leave.0
