Ginger, posted on another thread but wondered how you got on with the ombudsman?

How could they go to the FOS? It was a 2003 sale and the seller is no longer trading. So, two reasons why the FOS cannot consider it... Just as a much younger moneyineptitude said back in 2012.

In my dealings with the FOS I have found them to be unhelpful, unsympathetic and a complete and utter waste of time.

If they are indeed an un biased Government run body, God help us.
