Just received a price increase notification from Scottish Power to-day Saturday 26th March - the increase takes effect on 1st April. Joke or not? Liked the amount of notice as well.

There were increases on the following dates 9th August 04, 10 Jan 05 and now 1st April.

Looked at the percentage increase since I joined them on 13 May 04. For the first 1143kWh = 16.101%, for the remainder kWh 26.003%. In 10 months. Ouch.

The question - Is there a site that shows the price that the various utility companies have to pay for the gas before they add their overheads etc?
