Been in touch with the claims company who are at a loss themelves they have nothing on record from mbna stating we have no claim they have only been sent the information on the credit card so they want to resubmit a letter of authority for the rest of the accounts .....So how many people would have just taken what the claims company tell them as being right and left it at that ..theres games being played here0

They stand to lose all of their commission if your complaint goes nowhere.
It just looks to me that this was likely a clerical error by the CMC.
Do remember, none of us here actually recommend using a CMC, if for no other reason than they are so expensive and do virtually nothing you can't do yourself for free.
If the Bank had written to you directly instead of through the CMC, there never would have been any confusion.
So are you now still waiting on your loan complaint?0 -
Its not the cmc who are playing games and i agree with you, i will be doing this myself from here on, my point really now is how many other people have used a cmc got a negative response and left it there. If you do use one make sure they send you all relavent information so you can check it. Have the likes of mbna done this before with cmc's sent a portion of info leaving the important stuff behind as a "clerical error" ....0
