Explaining reason for leaving a job

I could do with some advice on how to deal with the question on why I left my previous job. I'm not sure whether 'personal reasons' cuts it.
I left a job back in March to move abroad to be with my partner. The relationship broke up fairly shortly after my replacement had been hired and trained, so there was no chance of going back to it. I'm now registered as self-employed and doing a bit of work for a few clients but it's not enough to live on so I really need to get back into full time work.
How on earth do I explain this in a tiny box on an application form? I was only in the job for three months so either way it's not going to look great.
Any advice is much appreciated

I would say relocation or something, in the interview you can explain. Personal reasons is maybe a bit vague. Try not to make it sound like your likely to drop everything and move when you fancy though, you could mention how settled you are now and are interested in a stable long term career.0

That's what I'm concerned about happening, though I know for definite I will be staying in this area now and am trying to get into the career field I want to be in.
Thanks everyone, think I will go for 'Relocation' - only thing is the job I left prior to this one was also for relocation (though that move actually happened!). I suppose if I get as far as interview stage I will just have to stress that I am definitely not planning on moving again!0
