Paying bays fees

Hi. just a quick one. E-bay have e-mailed me with the ammount for the fees that I owe them for some listings, and they say that it will come out by direct debit from my bank acc. Now if I pay a one of payment through PayPal now, will that automaticly stop them from debiting my bank acc?. Thanks for any advise.
