please help capital one credit card ppi

i had a credit card with capital one, they have have confirmed theat i had ppi between 13th april 2005 and 7th april 2006, what do i need to do now can anyone help?
whist searching the boards i came across this
On the 15th August 07 l read your article about Capital One being taken to court by the FSA for the period Jan.05 to April.06.
does anyone now why they were taken to court my ppi was taken out between these dates
