Natwest overdraft fees......help for someone who has no clue

Hi all, I am posting on behalf of a friend, she was a student with a Natwest student account, this then turned into a graduate account. As I understand it, the overdraft was interest free. Natwest have now turned this account into a Select Silver one, and the overdraft facility has been reduced from £1900 to £1200. Now she has been constantly in this overdraft up to its limit since uni, so her wages now get swallowed up each month by the OD and the whole cycle repeats. She is now worried about how the new OD will work? What fees/charges will she incur, as she now needs to factor these costs into her monthly budget. Any help appreciated.

CC limits £26000

Long term CC debt £0

Total low rate loan debt £3000

Almost debt free feeling, priceless.

Ex money nightmare, learnt from my mistakes and never going back there again, in control of my finances for the first time in my adult life and it feels amazing.

I advised this too but she seems to be favouring the panic about what may happen instead :)

Ah, making a drama out of minor changes to terms and conditions.

    Have fun!
