completion report
if our f&f is excepted ip has said 3 months until we would get certificate as it takes a long time to distribute funds and do a completion report ? does that sound about right and what is in the completion report ? Also we have £9400 left on iva they have said to offer £7000 which we can do thanks to a family member loaning us the money but after reading posts on here and the low offers people have had excepted our offer seems high now

I was also very quick getting my completion certificate, was expecting it to take quiet a while but i had got it within 2 weeks0
