Problem: 'Powered by Text Enchance'?

I use IE9, and on links in websites which I click on it says 'powered by text enchance'. This is problem, which I want to get rid off. Please help.
I have tried using in IE9 (tools - manage add ons, toolbars and extensions' looking for 'I want this' but couldn't find it.
Please help,
