Printable self assessment forms?

Can someone please give me a link to a printable self assessment form on the HMRC website? I need one with the income and outgoings from self employment and the income from employment on it. I know it must be easy to find but I just seem to be going round in circles on the site.
Thanks - and sorry for being so dim.

I don't think it works like that. When you register as a sole trader or inform HMRC that you need to self assess for other reasons, you get a form in the post for your first return. Many people opt to submit online, and once you have done this you just get a reminder to submit.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

The first tax return form sent to me had my name and address printed on it, also the address of the tax office it came from. Blank forms are not available for anyone and everyone to access.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

Well I had a letter 2 weeks ago telling me it's now time to do my tax return. It didn't have a form in with it but it said either register online, print a form or phone up and ask for a printed form to be posted. I registered for online assessment 2 weeks ago and it said they were sending a pin code and it would take 7 days. I'm still waiting 2 weeks later. So I thought I'd just try to print the form out and fill it in. I dont really care how I do it as long as it's done. I don't want to end up with a fine through no fault of my own.0

I would just chase up the PIN number, as doing it online makes such a relief compared with the forms. Online takes an hour or less if you have the info to hand, you get an instant response, you can save it as you go along, you get helper pages that do some calculations for you, it is actually a good system!0

I hope that you can sort this out soon: things seem to change all the time so perhaps they no longer send you the first form. Perhaps they mean that you should register online, THEN print out your own form.
However, if we are talking about tax year April 6th 2011 to April 5th 2012 you have until Jan 31st 2013 to submit, if you do it online.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

Sorry to bother you again but could this be the form I'm looking for?

Thank you so much. I'm a worrier about things like this. My husband is always having a go at me for worrying so much. You've just put my mind at rest. I feel so much better now.0
