Tesco CC Fraud Dept.

Had an ID theft issue with Tesco CC. Called them to try and resolve, but as I did not make the application (in my name) the customer services dept will not speak to me and I need to speak to fraud dept.

They only work 9-5 and are closed weekends and bank holidays.

Looks like some scally could be going on a 5 grand spend up over the next day or two.

Seems crazy to me.

Just call and report the card as stolen.

Cannot get through the ID checks, so they will not discuss.

Ah i see. Call them Tuesday, at least you won't be liable for anything. Can be a nightmare to sort out though, does seem a bit silly that they can't do anything really.
