I have to buy Microsoft student and home 2010 for my 2 sons schoolwork (I've tried Open office and Libra but apparently they don't do exactly as they need! but that's an other story, it works okay for me.)
I am getting the version that has 3 licences, problem is will be changing one of the computers in the near future, will we lose that licence to that computer? or can it be moved to the new computer?
Thanks

You can move the licence between computers. Just uninstall the program from the old machine, then install onto the new one. If automatic activation of the re-installed licence fails, use telephone activation instead. How do I add a signature?0
