Can anyone advise me on the best value medical insurance

Not really.
Medical insurance policies cover a big variety of risks and have different terms and conditions. Making a like for like comparison when looking at premium alone is not recommended. Providers themselves usually offer multiple levels of cover within their plans (just to complicate if further).
So, when looking at pricing, remember to look at the options cover and the exclusions. If one plan seems particulary cheaper than the others, then it usually means its missing things off.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
