Hi All,
I installed the above encoder onto my pc. After this my disc drives CDROM and DVDR were no longer visible / usable.
Tried removing the hardware and reinstalling - made no difference. There is the exclamation mark next to the drives in device manager indicating a problem.
Tried to update driver, said that i was using the best one.
Removed Super.
Returned to restore point prior to download.
Drives still don't work. I am assuming that SUPER C has somhow corrupted the driver files / or added something to the system. Can anyone help?
Much obliged,
Furby
