Tablet advice please (yes, another one!)

Please help me try to decide on what to get, so confused by the choice of tablets available on the market. Looking for a decent Android at a reasonable price, not bothered about what make.
I have a HTC Desire phone, which I use to surf the net, check emails, play music etc, and looking for something to use alongside this.
I have more than enough data usage with phone contact so was hoping I can use some of this on a tablet (has an option in settings to use as a portable wifi, does this mean I can use this data off my phone contract on a tablet?) If not I have a payg dongle which I could possibly use.
I would like to use a tablet for:
Surfing web
Emails (reading and sending)
Storing and playback of music (would need bluetooth for dock)
Storing photos and videos
Using Facebook
Downloading programmes and films (unsure how tho!)
Downloading books - so probably Kindle or similar
I have seen various cheapish models on internet, some without bluetooth, but confused if I need 4.0, IPS, and other abbreviations I know nothing about.
My budget is up to around £150, and would probably only need a 7" screen, but need one that would be set up and ready to go.
Sorry for such a long thread, appreciate any help.

I have been looking at different sites in the last couple of hours, and have my eye on the Ainol Novo 7 Aurora. Seems a reasonable price, but unsure if this will be simple enough to set up straight from the box, has anyone any experience of this??
Also, I see it does not have bluetooth, so unsure if I can play music through my docking station?0 -
No suggestion on cheap any name tablets. Just too much hassle imo.
Quite simply your dock may have an audio input. That way you could output from a headphone socket in with suitable lead, if no blootooth.
Downloading programs and film... you'd be looking (legally) at something like a netfix, or lovefilms download package (assuming they support android, idk) for films, and on iOS most of our "TV" sites have an app, so this might be the case for android. One to follow up. Otherwise often you can play on the site with a decent browser set to mimic computer, rather than say a mobile browser (dolphin hd comes to mind)
I could suggest some good named ones, but if you want dirt cheap, expect tears, and annoyances from the cheapy ones. Also be hopeful that they do what you want.
Tethering, that's what you're meaning with the data. Be aware, most providers do not like that, and who knows what they'll do. With 3 you can buy a tethering pack, but it's stupid prices £15 or so per month o.O. Outside that you're looking at a tablet that is capable of taking a dongle, or using wfi, and/or having a mifi typed unit. (or going 3G on the tablet itself)0 -

I use my Galaxy S2 on O2 with the wi-fi hotspot active. O2 have never questioned it. I've used it for my laptop and a couple of tablets many times when away from home.0

Consider it a learning experience and move on; affiliate links are pretty easy to spot once you know what to look for.0 -
