    No problem Supernatural, hopefully it will continue as I hope mine does. It is a lot to lose off your money. In my case because my DLA is also up for renewal, I am also facing losing that. It is a very difficult transition to go to, when your money stops just like that.........

    It has happened to me twice now, each time my DLA is up for renewal and each time I've had to go all the way to appeal tribunal. On the flip side it has been nice when it gets sorted and you get the arrears in a big lump sum though.

    I understand that if you appeal and then have to submit sick notes whilst the appeal goes on, then you should be considered sick therefore the premium should continue to be paid. I might of misunderstood but hopefully someone will confirm this for us.
