Hi, I hope somebody can help.
I am due to fly to menorca all inclusive for two weeks on 16th May. On time of booking and when queried again I was assured there was separate sleeping arangents for my toddler. Thompsons have called me this morning to tell me this is not the case and I will be in one family room. Is there anything I can do?
Please help I don't know what to do, I feel I have been misled.

What do you mean by "separate sleeping arrangements"? I would class that as a separate bed - surely you don't want your toddler in a different room?0

I think she expected a suite/apartment with 2 bedrooms.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

Yep, my guess too, but if they were only promised "separate sleeping arrangements" I think that is too vague a phrase to be sure. 0 0

With all the scary things happening to kids abroad If I had a suite of 15 rooms, I'd still want my toddler in the same room as me.
What does it say on your booking, verbals count for nothing.
Just go and enjoy your holiday................make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0

Did you pay for a separate room (and, presumably, a single room supplement)?0

What are you getting, and what did they specify originally?0

A room with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom would be a suite; is that what you booked and paid for. (Very few hotels offer them.)0

They would normally put a sofa bed in a family room, not in a separate bedroom.
In a seperate bedroom they would normally put a bed/beds
In effect, a bed and a sofa bed in a family room constitutes
'seperate sleeping arrangements'make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

OP, could you provide a link to the brochure or website? Alternatively, could you quote direct from your confirmation and/or invoice?0
