Query- internet stuff

Hi people, just wondering if anyone slightly more clever than me could help me with something,
basically when on the net i've noticed that recently a lot of the pages i'm loading say 'done' at the bottom without loading the page or say done when only having done half and often the page shows just the plain words like the menu at the side of this page might be just blue words on the white background without the usual colours etc.
The 'done' without actually being loaded thing used to happen occasionally and then i'd just refresh the page but over the last 2 days its happening on most pages i load.
Any ideas what may cause this? I can usually work most computer things out but not so sure with net stuff, have cleared all history/cookies/temp files etc.

Have you set IE to

tools, internet options, general, temp internet files, settings, every visit to page

https://www.ccleaner.com is a good way to clean up.

Also, on the general tab in ie, accessibility, make sure everything is unticked

Have now tried all the above, thanks, but still no luck. Any other ideas? I'm getting quickly annoyed with my internet!
