Ambulance Chaser

Hi, can anybody reccomend a good no win no fee company for a serious, life changing negligent personal injury on a farm?
Thanks

Well if it is a serious, life changing personal injury just use a real lawyer. The ambulance chasers will just stretch out litigation to ramp up fees.

on the other hand if you are actually just a chancer and its actually a spurious claim due to on negligence but you can blame farm owner then take hour pick.

Nope, not a chancer. Sustained attack by Ram left in field, nasty vascular injury (already had DVT, but now life threatening). Same animal left out and hospitalised his own mother later! Animal disposed of it seems. Had to wait for scans, now ready.
My reason for using the chaser would be so as not to get involved in fees/costs. They do it all day and if they get a living out of dragging it out in this case then GOOD.
So to my question again, anybody have good experiences with a particular company.

The first question would be, what were you doing in the rams field?

Find a local solicitor specialising in claims who offers a free first interview, and see if they'll take on the case for you. There's no need to involve ambulance chasers, who much prefer straightforward RTAs anyway.

    OP went awol?

Id like to know what were you doing in the field.
If this field is owned by the farmer, then the ram has every right to be in.

if the field had lions you wouldnt wander in the field would you......

the ram is stilla wild animal, therefore there is a risk.

if you were a rambler, then before you enter a field you should weigh up the risks. entering is at your own risk.

    TBH

a no win no fee company would touch this.... id be surprised if anyone did....

though you might give them a laugh in the canteen.

OP give more details, so people can advise more rather than giving people the oppurtunity to take the mick.
Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?

The OP doesn't need to give more details. He didn't ask anyone on here to assess liability for him. He just asked if anyone could recommend a particular company. Whoever he instructs will take full details from him and decide whether or not it's worth pursuing.

Why does anyone on here need to know why he was in the field?
