Barclaycard/egg upheld, barclaycard rejected, stantander rejected

Just a quick update on my last 3 complaints.

My egg/Barclaycard cc was upheld last week after about 9 weeks of processing and a few "more time" letters. I accepted the offer of 1.6k and called Wednesday to see that they had Recived the acceptance. They have and I should be paid within 10 days ..... I'll prob call Wednesday to chase as I don't want it going on for ever. Has any one else got any experience of how long it takes them to pay

I had a Barclaycard cc that I was told on the phone had been rejected they are issuing the letter again for my review.

Stantander/ge money Store card got rejected and they sent me back the original signed agreement. I am going to write back saying I can see that I signed it but the basis of my complaint is that it was not explained to me or the requirements were not detailed.

Well done on your win and good luck with the other two...can I ask what your reasons for missell were on your egg/barclaycard? I have a complaint in with them at the minute up to week 14 now and 6 weeks after the letter they sent asking for more time, I keep ringing for updates but don't seem to be getting any further forward....
