Tom Tom one problem

Hi all

We bought a Tom tom one from amazon recently.

We can't decide if it is faulty or just us.

OH has done the set up etc. Now when we switch it on a picture comes on the screen that removes the sd card form the slot and then shows it with a red cross on it.

When we remove the sd card the picture shows that we need to insert it again but we just keep getting the fault over and over.

Hope this all makes sense, has anyone had this happen? And what do we need to do

Thanks
Give me the boy until he's seven and i'll give you the man.

It could be a fault with the card or the unit. The Tomtom thinks there is no card inserted. Either the card may be corrupted or the unit isnt reading the card properly. Either way, I'd get it fixed under guarantee.
