Has anyone actually queried with eBay as to whether it definitely applies to Buy It Now auctions? Seems odd they have not specifically stated so.0

Seems likely to me this relating to fee avoidance also is to stop the people who used the 5 days listing for the "fake" listings to reserve their item number, and then using them at a later time for a proper listing (as discussed in other threads previously)It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0
