Removing doors from Whirlpool American fridge freezer

We've got a new fridge freezer coming on Sunday and we've paid to have the old one taken away. It won't go out unless the doors are removed - do you think Comet will do this or expect us to? If they expect us to, can anyone tell us how to do it? We must have done it, to get it in - but that was 10 years ago! Any help gratefully received!

They won't remove the door. Normally it's a screw at the top, lifts a pin out, and if needed, it's a couple of screws to remove the bracket at the bottom.0

Thanks, only trouble is, it's not a normal looking screw! It's round with no grooves in?0

Thats what we did and got £90. Sold it as not working for repairs or spares. There is a great demand for these!:T And they took the handles off and struggled to get it out!!0
