Can anyone translate Italian please

I had an Italian buyer who bought 3 items for £28 - I sent them and they got lost in post.
I refunded over a week ago thinking that would be the last of it but just now got this message
Non mi risulta il rimborso da voi fatto aspetto notizie

I think it means something about not having received the refund, can anyone enlighten me?

He's not received the refund that you have already told him about.

If you have an I-phone or similar you can download a translation app....

They cost peanuts and are worth it.I had to translate for some Polish workers, worked a treat.....

Thought it was something along those lines. I just checked and I have refunded in full!
Italy was blocked and several Italian buyers begged to be exempted so I un-blocked Italy - serves me right!

For future reference, Babelfish from Alta Vista (google it) will translate for you without having to buy an iphone &/or app.
