I had an Italian buyer who bought 3 items for £28 - I sent them and they got lost in post.
I refunded over a week ago thinking that would be the last of it but just now got this message
Non mi risulta il rimborso da voi fatto aspetto notizie
I think it means something about not having received the refund, can anyone enlighten me?
