Some advice - company changed flight times

Hey all,
We are due out on a family holiday soon and thought all was sorted.
We booked, paid in full and received confirmation of our holiday a few weeks ago. We have also booked airport parking via a 3rd party.
We have now received an email from the holiday company stating that the returning flight has now slipped a few hours. Instead of flying at 2015hrs we are now flying at 2305hrs.
No apologies, no explaination.
Is this a regular thing to happen? The reason i as is, this is our first holiday abroad for many years and i thought once i had booked and paid - that was it!!

hi there I used to be a travel agent and i'm afraid it is quite normal to have your flight changed, yours would be classed as a minor flight change , if my.memory serves me correctly I think anything after 12 hiurs is a major one. not a lot you can do about it i'm afraid.0

With a package holiday a flight change of anything less than 12 hours is classed as a minor change. With a scheduled airline it is 4 hours.0
