MIRA ATL thermostatic Shower

Anyone experience the following problem with an MIRA Advance ATL thermostatic shower. and solved the problem ?

It Is doing the following -
The strange thing about this is that when you shower with the lower setting ie. the flow of water going through the unit and coming out of the shower head is less, it heats the water fine except you don't get a proper shower.
Then if you increase the setting asking for more water it can't cope and at times seems to hold back from relaesing water until sufficiently heated then all of a sudden releasing it then going back to gathering mode again ??

  • Do you have mains pressure cold water entering your electric shower?

I would check this if your shower is new before you damage your shower
  • Yeah it is a mains fed ( Cold Water) Shower and designed to be connnected to the mains
