NEWBE Please Help on PPI CC issue

Hello everyone not sure if i have posted this in the right place but need some advice. I finally took the iniative and wrote to Lloyds as I had a credit card with them along ago but didnt have any paperwork.
Anyway filled out questionaire really on the off chance that i had ppi and told them that i neither wanted or needed it as my other half had adequate cover from his employers and we had family and savings if needed. I received a reply back confirming i was paying ppi and that they looked at my questionaire, credit agreement and sales docs, and telephone conversation (i was one they contacted) where i repeated what i had said in questionaire and assessed my suitability saying i did not personally have any employment benefits or pre existing medical problems. From this they have decided to not uphold my complaint. Please could anyone advise what my next step would be ?

You said you did not have 2 of the reasons you take PPI for, this is why they have rejected as you put this on the questionnaire.
