Rather cheekily a MoneySaver working for Asthma.org sent me an e-mail asking to plug its upcoming 10K race. As it's for a good cause and they've given useful freebies out before, I thought why not.

When and where?

The Asthma UK 10K takes place at Dorney Lake in Windsor on Saturday 7 April 2007. It’s a flat course so shouldn't be too painful for fun runners.

How to register

There's a £10 registration fee, and all runners get a free training plan. For more information call 020 7786 5000, or email [EMAIL="events@asthma.org.uk"]events@asthma.org.uk[/EMAIL]. Good luck!
