Conservatory Leaking - Possibly thru Flashing advice pls

Hi guys
Redecorated our conservatory last year around September and to our horror about 3 weeks afterwards the rain got in following heavy storms and ran down where the conservatory joins the back of the house ruining the new paper. We have some left over but didn't want to redo it if the leak is going to come back.
Anyway I got my bro in law to get on the roof and he painted over the flashing with some bitumen paint (only had time for one coat though) and up till yesterday night the conservatory has been fine.
Anyway this morning there was a puddle on the floor again and we can see where it has run down the wall. My only guess is that the flashing is damaged and the water is getting through somehow this way as I cannot see any damage to the plastic roof we have from inside the conservatory (however some parts of it do seem to have some condensation inbetween the sheets).
Can someone give me an idea how much it would cost to replace the flashing? and how much someone might charge to do this?
Also what would be an approx cost of replacing the plastic roof with new plastic and flashing?
Any advice/tips etc would be most grateful.

lead flashing is fairly expensive about 100 quid a roll depending on size and length. you may need more than one roll!
evostick flashing is about 20/30 quid a roll.
say a days labour to fit?
to replace a whole roof?
well a sheet of poly is about 30/50 quid for say 2000mmx700mmx25mm, supply only.
labour? not any real idea. just a guess at say 2 men x 2 days max?
extras? maybe all new glazing bars?Get some gorm.0 -

Cheers m8.
Hopefully I will be able to have a look this weekend or when it's dry. Will definitely re-bitumen in as well as that definitely stopped the leaks in the main place.
Hopefully can do it soon so I can see what it's like when it rains heavily again.
On the other hand any idea how much a roofer would charge labour?

roofer?
or maybe a general builder would be better/cheaper say 100/200 per day depending where you live?
did you buy the conservatory? (or do you know who did/made it) if so why not call the vendor up and ask for them to quote for repair work?Get some gorm.0 -

Lead every time for me
The mistake most people make when using Evostick is that they dont use primer before fitting. And will split over time.
i tend to agree. ive used evostick and it does a great budget job, but im never really sure about its long term reliability.
lead is best.Get some gorm.0 -
Do not use flashband evo-stick, lead is the only option for a long term solution.0
