Landlord Insurance

I am letting my house out for the first time and need landlord insurance.
I'm a bit confused about what is what.
I need building and some content insurance along with non payment protection.
I have searched a few sites and I can't tell if they include non payment protection under 'legal expenses' or if there is something else I should be applying for...
What should I be looking for and what are the best deals?
Anyone know?
Thanks!

I'm just starting to do this too and having problems. You dont need contents as the tenant takes that out. Landlord insurance is different to non payment protection. I'm confused about whether you need building insurnace AND landlord insurance though. Direct line told me 2 different things and thats who we have our building insurance with.0
