Hi
A very long story about a radiator I paid for at bandq. Due to a mis print I am having to accept a less btu output radiator. I was wondering if anyone out there has a Spring Summer 2011 decorative / designer radiator brochure. Please I am desperate. Bandq have identified the problem but said that the radiator was mis printed and should not have been at that btu. I dont believe them as there has been no product recall or notice in stores. More to the point I rang the radiator manufacturers and they were not aware of this mis print. I think b and q are trying to fob me off, so please anyone out there with a Spring Summer 2011 decorative / designer radiator brochure, please contact me.

Heat output of these things is rubbish anyway. They are mostly for looks. Doubt you'll practically notice the difference but on a point of principal I'd kick 'em hard.
