Hope this is the right forum for this.

Dad's with AXA at the moment and it's up for renewal so just wondering if any other companies do this type of insurance and how I found find them and get quotes.

Assume your dad is self employed in building trade or similar.

Most commercial lines insurers do PL.

At present only a few offer a direct model and then it is very much aimed at standard risk SME business like small shops. Most other businesses need to go through a broker who will quantify the risk and then pass it on to the appropriate insurers for a quote.
