Are you sure they are on International Drive? http://www.idcide.com/hotels/fl/quality-suites-universal-studios.htm because thats the only one I know
If it is the same ones they are clean and comfortable not luxury but then how long will you spend in your room?
There is too much to see and do to sleep let alone be in your room when your not sleeping..lolIf you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0 -

the accomodation is on international Drive & is supposed to be a 3& - but a poll puts it at around 240 out of 275 hotels yet the last one we stayed in which is only a 3 is about 100 places above it - I've now heard of dirty rooms, blood-stained bed linen and generally poor hygiene - I know we don't plan to stay in the room much but we still gotta sleep & wash there0

Sure its not the Quality Inn or Quality Plazza, The one you mentioned isnt on IDrive
Its in the International Drive area which alot of people book thinking they are getting IDrive when they are not.
If I was you I would get your Travelagent to get you the proper address
As far as i know there are some with the same name on Canada awhich is IDRIVE area and Windover drive
So check with your TAgentIf you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0 -
If it's the Quality Suites Universal just off Intl Drive (Canada Ave), then we stayed there in October. We found the rooms clean, and ok for 4 people, but would think cramped for more. It's within walking distance to loads of restaurants and gift shops. Hotel doesn't have a bar, but does have a free happy hour between 5-7pm. Also has free shuttle service to all the theme parks.
All in all, i'd rate it a good 3*, we were happy with it for what we paid, and would stay there again.
Hope this helps

yes, the address is canada Ave,off I-drive - There are 5 of us in all- my sister(adult) is planning on using the sofa bed in the lounge - as long as its clean, thats all that matters. thanx jules & savapenny at least I feel a bit easier - if it was just me, hubby & the boys I wouldn't worry so much but when you're sorting out for other people you feel kinda responsible if things arn't what they seem.0

if for some reason you change your mind about this hotel, try the Homewood suites, just down the road. they are great. they also have free food and drink 4 nights a week btwn 5pm and 7pm.0
