Insulating a flat bay roof.

Hi,

I live in a 1910 end terrace house, the front has two large square bay windows, the top bay having a flat roof.

We are getting a lot of condensation in the bedroom bay, we have a dehumidifier but it is not holding of the condensation. The roof outside is solid brick and we have had that checked, there is no cracks or damage to the roof.

Can this be sorted by insulation? If so can we insulate from the inside, we were originally thinking of building a frame inside and filling it with insulation, would this work? It's starting to cause mould in the bay window and therefore we need to sort it ASAP.

Thanks in advance.

shown above is a 1930s semi detached house, flat roof bay window.
    yours will be/should be similar.

insulate from underneath and plasterboard over the top.
    simple enough job.
