What do you want to know?.Maggie_Holmes wrote: »Hi
For some years I have been paying into the above policy through Payment Sheild. At the time I did mention that I would get 6 months full pay, but, I was still persuaded to take this policy out. Last November it dawned on me that I really didn't need it, so I cancelled it.
I need to know if I can put aa claim in for being mis-sold this policy, as I told them the circumstrances of my work pay etc.
Any advice will be appreciated before I write to them.
MaggieThats fine as there is not a significant overlap. A small overlap but if the PS policy was set up to not pay back to day one and has a longer deferment period then that would be fine.
From the other thread....:D0 -
Thanks, wish people would stick to one thread instead of posting on another one!.:D0

Chill out. Your question was politely answered a few days ago and there really was no need for further discourse.0 -

The start of this post, I pressed the return button by mistake and I didnt know how to delete it. My original post is under Reclaim PPI and Other Insurance Board. I asked a question in post 2 of this thread, as you can see what post 1 said!, I did not know you had duplicated the thread, had you stayed here I would have seen this and helped you, as it happens you have received excellent advice on this from the experts.
I did not say you did this on purpose and the grin was not in any way detrimental, when you answer as many post as I do and you get posters asking the same question in a few threads then it does get annoying, I do not claim to be an expert I am just someone who helps out on this forum, I have never been hostile or degraded any poster in all the years I have been on here, maybe I should have used these?:mad: then your remarks would have at least been justified.0 -

That smiley is to indicate that it is said in jest or to indicate a joke.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -

Sense of humour failure alert. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
