Cheap Microsoft Office (NOT FREE)

After Software For Students stopped selling reduced priced Office Products to students, you have either had to buy the expensive normal versions or use open source (free) products.

I have found a newly 'packaged' piece of Microsoft Office software called Microsoft Office 2010 University.
Amazon Link

It costs £66.10 from here or ebuyer.

Not bad, but not brilliant

Did you look further down the page for the restrictions?

Restrictions: This product is restricted for sale to university students and university faculty only. Proof of eligibility is required online before you can use this software. Please ensure that you are eligible to use this product before purchasing.

I think the clue was in the name of the product!

I note that S4S can supply to charities.

Has anyone asked whether Scouting is included?

I think if you go into the Microsoft page for verification it lists several ways to obtain the correct product key. It's not just university it covers further education colleges too. Whether or not this covers from sixth form upwards then it's probably best to do further research. There is a requirement for the student to have a .ac.uk email address.

Yes I did, but as my post stated 'student' a few times, I thought It was noticeable. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.

Indeed it did, but nowhere did you say that you were a (university) student! And you appeared to be giving general advice.

Amazon have got it wrong because it is
Full and part time, enrolled university and college students
    according to https://academic.getmicrosoftkey.com/Home/SupportFAQ

I don't think there are any 'Tech Savvy Student trying to help and learn all while being Money Conscious' who are in primary (or possibly even secondary) school on these boards so that limits the type of student that the OP can be to uni or college.
