Third Party Access to Bank Accounts

Apologies if this has come up before,

My Girlfriend and I are looking to get a bank account together, but due to other financial ties we do not want to get a joint account.

Does anyone know of bank accounts which allow third party accessors to hold a card (if any)?

Thanks

Pete

Natwest/RBS offer a card to third parties. In almost all ways it's like having a joint account, except the money does not 'belong' to the third party. Cheque book, Internet banking, all fine.
  • Thanks for the replies, I already bank with Natwest!

    Thanks again
