old credit card debt/ ppi claim poss

having had a capital one credit card debt that has been sold on to DM company and arranged a repayment offer, i was wondering if it was possible to find out if i had ppi on this card and if so wether it would be worth claiming a refund. I also had a number of charges on this account which i could have possibly claimed back but not sure as account was closed a few years back.
can anyone help? going to have a look and see if i can find any account details for the card
